Shipping Information
Process of Shipping Orders to Our Customers:
After we receive the order, we validate the order for its quantity, and the geographical location from where the order has been placed is also checked.
Once the placed order is validated, we start the packaging.
We use third-party courier services for both domestic and international orders.
For domestic orders: We use Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, bluedart, ekart, XpressBees, etc. to deliver the order. It usually takes 3-5 days to deliver the orders in India. Shipping is free for India.
For international orders: We use FedEx, DHL, etc. to deliver the order. In general, it takes 5-10 days to deliver the order. Shipping for international outside India is chargeable.
When the order is dispatched, a tracking Id is sent to the customer is email id and mobile number to keep track of their order is delivery.
Note*: We use third-party courier services for order delivery and the delivery solely depends on the services provided by the courier company. In case of any issue or discrepancy, the customer can contact us or the courier company.
